1) Orders

1.1 How do I place an order?
Choose the product you like, select the desired size or color, add it to the cart, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email with the summary of your order.

1.2 Do I need to create an account to buy?
No, you can place your order as a guest.
However, creating an account allows you to save addresses, view previous orders, and save time on future purchases.

1.3 Can I modify or cancel an order after confirming it?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, contact us immediately by filling out the form on the “Contact Us” page, indicating “Modification/Cancellation + [Order Number]”.
If the order has already been shipped, you will be able to make a return (see section 4).

1.4 I entered an incorrect address: what should I do?
Fill out the form on the “Contact Us” page as soon as possible with the correct address.
If the package has not yet been handed over to the carrier, we will update the information. Otherwise, we will do our best to correct the error, without guaranteeing success.

1.5 The item I want is out of stock: will it be available again?
Many items are restocked regularly.
If the product page offers the “Notify me” option, sign up to receive an automatic email when it becomes available again.

2.1 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other methods indicated during checkout.
All payments are processed through secure and certified platforms.

2.2 When is the payment charged?
Payment is charged at the time the order is confirmed.
If an item cannot be shipped, we will proceed with a refund according to our policies.

The link will allow you to follow every step of the delivery.

3.4 My order is delayed: what should I do?
Check the tracking information. During high-demand periods or sales, delays may occur.
If the tracking does not update for more than 48 hours, fill out the form on the “Contact Us” page with your order number and tracking code.

3.5 What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
The carrier will make a new attempt or leave instructions for collecting the package at a pickup point.


4) Returns and Refunds

You may return your items within 14 days after receiving your order, according to our return policy.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

4.2 Who pays for return shipping costs?
Returns are always free.
Europe Boutique covers all return costs, regardless of the reason.

4.3 How do I make a return?

  • First and last name

  • Reason for return

Our team will send you instructions to return the package at no cost.

4.4 What is the refund time frame?
Refunds are processed within 10 to 15 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.

4.5 Can I exchange a size or color?
The fastest option is to make the free return and then place a new order with the desired size or color.

4.6 Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes: personalized products, hygiene items, lingerie, swimwear, and accessories in direct contact with the skin.

4.7 I received a defective or incorrect item: what should I do?
Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order by filling out the form on the “Contact Us” page and attaching a photo or video.
After verification, we will proceed with an exchange or a full refund.

5.1 Do the products come with a warranty?
Yes. All our items include the legal warranty of conformity according to European regulations.
